Tokyo Marui G19 Gen5

Ah gotcha mate 👍

When you mentioned the Guarder lightweight BBU, did you mean the GLK-526A (Light Weight Nozzle Housing for the TM G17/19 Gen5 MOS)?

Are the GLK-529 valve & spring set, GLK-530 loading nozzle and GLK-519 piston lid included with that, or are those all separate bits?

Thanks for the advice by the way — I’m gonna grab the TTI hop unit and a stainless 6.01 barrel. Magwell wise I’ll just go Bomber to keep it simple.

For the magwell install, do I need to remove the lanyard loop first? And once it’s on, does that mean no more backstraps?

Appreciate the help
Yeah. I don’t know the part numbers off the top of my head. But it’s the only lightweight BBU they offer for the gen5 series.

It doesn’t come with the springs ect, you’re expected to by that stuff separately. However, I’d save yourself a few quid and just transplant the Marui parts into the lightweight BBU.

In regards to the stainless steel barrel. If it’s not a PDI barrel or a nineball power barrel, I wouldn’t waste your money, the OEM Marui barrels are some of the best on the market and you end up having to spend a fair amount of money to get a barrel that’s objectively better.

The nineball power barrel isn’t better either. It just gives you a boost in muzzle energy, which is why it’s worth buying.

Your hop rubber and hop unit are going to make a bigger difference to your accuracy and range.

Yeah you’ll need to remove the Magwell loop and it will interfere with the backstrap iirc.

I've had the honor to bring with me from my trip in japan to my house in italy the new glock 19 gen 5 MOS and some new magazines on the day-one in japan.
Since I'm new to the gbb world, do you have any advice on how to improve the reliability of the glock, like mechanical parts?
I already have tm AEG items and i know some part are fragile because it's plastic or weak metal, since the glock are rare to find out i want to be sure the gun it's reliable as possible and prevent usless inconvinient.
I was in Japan few weeks ago but not got time for Airsoft store(sad). Newer TM pistols are quite reliable , even the over old "green gas can break the plastic slide" is not true anymore - most models will last years on green gas.

A small question for those who has it already - could anyone look at the part list inside the manual to the part code for that trigger? Just wanted to know if trigger designed for TM G17 gen5 also works for G19. The first thing I always want to change is the trigger when it comes to Glock(or M&P)
I had a 17 before but for whatever reason I feel the smaller 19 looks a bit better than 17.
Thanks in advance

Yeah. Fair enough. It's just so annoying when you used to be able to call up and pay once you knew it was at your depot and now you have to wait for a slip in the post. They've gone backwards in efficiency and technology.
You can though, if you use the Website universal parcel tracking it will give you your UK tracking number when you input your international number. Then give parcelforce a call when it clears customs ans you’ll get your UK reference number. They always advice don’t make the payment until it’s at the depot she said something to do with they don’t bother to rush it etc if you’ve made the payment before it gets to the depot.

If you’ve got a parcel with UPS well then you’re screwed hahah.
