Because it’s declared as a RIF, it’s almost impossible to avoid customs fees. The RIF is inspected to make sure it complies with VCRA06, then they look at the paperwork and charge you.Nice. From Impulse? Did you manage to avoid customs fees which meant you got it quicker? Mine is sitting at my local depot but they won't let me pay the fees yet
Mine was sat with customs for about a week before they released it. Was charged about 20% which is kinder than the 22% they’d normally charge.

You can put your tracking number in to get how much you owe and pay that way, although when I did it a few days ago their website kept giving me an error. Not sure if it’s just me or in general though? That being said, I paid my duty fee Friday and it’s still “pending payment” which is annoying

My G19 Gen5 MOS arrived last Saturday but got stuck at the local PFW center. I had to go pick it up in person and pay the customs duties on the spot.
I have to admit this is the best GBB pistol in my entire collection. But for the past couple of days, I've been bothered by that “bite” when cycling the slide. I thought I'd received a defective unit where the nozzle tip and hop-up height didn't align.
It wasn't until I saw yours doing the same thing that I realized this is how this batch of G19s is designed.
After two days of heavy use, the slide feels much easier to cycle now.

I encountered the same issue as you. So I decided to call Parcel Force for updates. After waiting for two hours—yes, a full two hours—they told me I just needed to go to the PFW center where the parcel was held to pick it up myself. Bring your photo ID and proof of address; usually your driver's license will suffice. Their efficiency is truly abysmal—it feels like they're forcing us to go there ourselves to pay customs duties and retrieve our parcels.

Bloody hell. I gave up after being on the phone for just over an hour.
I don’t drive and the local PFW centre is just over an hours drive away
I sent an email to them earlier whilst waiting for the phone so maybe I can get a response otherwise it’ll be taking the time to get to the centre, delightful

Yeah, I gave up long ago with phoning them. You’re supposed to be able to pay customs charges online using the tracking no but their website was down over the weekend.
I happened to be in the area so chanced it and picked up my parcel. Otherwise I’d probably still be waiting for the tax letter
