There is mention of specific changes to the GB in the video Enid posted as I'm sure they knew it had issues. You'd like to think given the brand usually does stuff right that they would make the right updates, but I can't speak with any certainty.

Having had a Type 89, the only way of making the burst function durable would have been to use an ETU, similar to the G&G T91.
 
Have been umming and arring about buying a new MWS and wasn't sold on the Guns Modify HK416. That HK416D....the TM fairy dust...the packaging...I'm sold. My wallet shed a tear tonight.
 
You've probably got time to save up if the prototype is in the white like that. Though now I've said that, they'll release next week.
 
same, the M16 has the old twin tabs at the back which are a pain and usually snap off and they don't show the hop unit which suggests it's the old 2 piece one. The MP5K should be a NGRS (no idea where the battery would go), the 416 should have been at least an A5, the type 89 again should have been a NGRS.
 
Agree on the MP5K, should be an NGRS. Battery could maybe go in the vert grip.

What would have been better is if it was a GBB 😭

M16 should've been NGRS too. A proper carry handle AR NGRS would be nice.

Your prediction sums it up pretty much, haha. Regardless I'm happy to see more offers regarding mp5's.

Cyma mp5k/mp5k pdw offers are way too heavy for my taste.

We can only hope for a NGRS/GBB MP5K. Maybe one day.

Might be lucky if it's FRP it may be less susceptible to that? Who knows.

NGRS MP5K would be interesting, but, depending on price, I think there's a good argument for having something with better externals that's a bit more basic (and doesn't take years more R&D). That said, I was hoping they might do something different with the hop (like rotary), but I haven't seen anything definitive. I suspect like the M16 it's probably just an external and mosfet refresh, but we shall see.

Agreed on the others though.
