Another question I had for anyone in this thread:
From what I understand there are those who are more into the competitive aspects, and those who are more into the LARPish aspects.
The difference between a hit sending you back to a time-out zone and a hit downing you, "injured" requiring someone to LARP some sort of first aid (if that even happens), does this differ more with venue, or is it more the specific events that groups might put on?
I'm more interested in soft LARP, and the idea of dragging a casualty to safety an having to defend the medic while they "work" sounds like fun, but I'm guessing this isn't standard and would require a group to set it up as a dedicated event?
