broken/shitty hop unit could drop fps if it's letting air through
or a shitty hop rubber
if he says the compression is fine, then it's losing air somewhere
so maaaaaybe the hop is cracked or some shit idk
or the spring needs replacing perhaps

i would class that as a boneyard in that case
so should be like 50-100 price range, depending on whatever value the extras add

Good points about the hop up, I didn't think of that.

If that rail is the same as the one on the galaxy version they're a right ball ache as you need to undo 7 screws to get it off to adjust the hop up or poke a stick through the holes to push the adjustment arm.

Experienced players: "Don't go to such an expense with two-tone. You'll have trouble shifting it later after you get your UKARA defence and you may decide airsoft isn't for you or you may find making time for it is more difficult than you thought. Just rent and save yourself the risk in the long term. We don't even recommend two-tone on cheap guns because they'll still resell for a lot less than you think."

Keen newbies: "Nah, you're alright, mate. Renting airsoft guns is a waste of money. I want the gun now... Why isn't anyone buying my two-tone gun? It's only been used once."

Given that the painted gun and the scope combined only come to £470, he really is in fantasy land with that price.

It sounds like he got scammed and is now trying to recover his funds by passing it along to someone else.

Only reasons I know of to remove a serial number :

1. Its stolen
2. The serials a fake number as its a reproduction and its removed to stop people checking it.

No sane person would grind off the only part of this sight that proves its a legit Romeo. Be like ripping up a Certification of Authenticity.

Note: this is pure speculation and I am in no way implying this user is scamming :)

I saw one of those Smokey BT tracer units in action on Sunday; to describe the smoke effect as being staggeringly underwhelming would be a staggering understatement.

The Eshooter one isn't great. I have that and the Hasta Nebula, which is actually very impressive (in the dark) although it adds a fair bit of length to the gun.

These things make me laugh. People fit a device which looks like a surpressor to add a fake muzzle flash when real surpressors are fitted to eliminate or reduce muzzle flash

It's in the same league as people wanting to make their replicas louder or have more replica when real firearm users want to make them quieter and kick less lol. Although the recoil one I do understand more
