Looking for a new gun for my Birthday: NUPROL DELTA Recon Alpha

When I started airsoft almost two years ago I said I won't be running around with a gun based on the AR15 platform...

Now I have a Nuprol Delta SopMod and am more than happy with it that I take it with to every game day I go.

The new Deltas are quite nice, the Defender's cheaper cost is achieved through using non-metal receiver/rail, but the internals are the same across the Delta range. I never owned a CM16 so can't compare it to that one, however based on how my Nuprol plays (and that of friends), I can recommend that one.

A chap on site today was singing the praises of his Nuprol, I should have asked him for a go

 
lol, I didn't ask, but looking at the rest of his kit I don't think it was. I'll try and grab a go on one at somepoint as generally I am a hater of their products (although I like their 4.0 gas and 11.1v LiPos)

 
Thanks for the help everyone! I went with a G&G Wild Hog, 9inch and putting a new barrel, hop-up, m100 spring and a deans service to it!

 
probably nothing but 'every little helps'  :D :D

i only had mine changed to Deans when bought new. Only recently have i changed the hop rubber on 2 and spring on one

 
Ah, tinted windows and a red paintjob to ensure it goes faster.

It's only an upgrade if it's actually an improvement. Such as changing the connector types.

You mean 347FPS........don't you.

 
357....may want to check other sites as the 'majority' are 350 AFAIK....so if you play else where you'll be struggling

one i play its 345...as my brother found out when his was chronoed at 351 yet week before it was 328!  :D

had a look at CUF site....370 on a 0.2 (01/08/2011), so as you know you'll be ok, , i thought majority of sites stuck with 350??......

New legal limit is 1.3J muzzle energy for auto guns, so 370FPS with a 0.2g.

yeah thats what i thought....their site rules are dated 2011!

Ok, I cancelled the upgrades, and have got my 9inch Wild Hog, G&G on the way! I will try it without upgrades first.

 
i only 'upgraded' my UK1 as the rubber split, other than that its stock :)
