looking to sell my HAO MWS L119a2 before I go to university (I was intending to keep it).

It’s a HAO L119a2 body kit put on to a TM MWS and kitted out with:

HAO FA556SA suppressor
G&P upgraded trigger box
Crazy Jet barrel
Maple leaf yellow hop rubber
Real surefire light (unsure which one)
Surefire dual pressure switch
Somogear PEQ15
Magpul CTR stock
Replica LaRue RISR
Ergogrip grip
4x guns modify magazines

It was a craighead replica with all parts attempted to be the real thing.

Any guidance of a rough price would be appreciated as I estimated £1500 as combined prices as new would be roughly £2550.

Hi mate,

Generally the 75% rule applies. I’d aim for the lower end because the custom paint won’t suit everyone (although I get its going for a specific look) and upgrades rarely recoup full cost (learned that the hard way, lol).

Option 1 - List at your top price
  • Put it up at £1,500 (or whatever your max is).
  • Expect offers to come in around £1,000–£1,300 (or less) anyway.
  • This is fine if you can wait for the right buyer and don’t need a quick sale - you might list at full whack and get lucky.
Option 2 - Fast sale
  • List at the minimum you’d accept - I’d suggest £1,000–£1,300.
  • Attracts more buyers quickly; be firm and stick to that minimum but expect lower offers.
  • If time goes on and still no sale, maybe take one of the lower offers.
I also recommend that you take some better clearer photos (with a bit of paper with your username and date on it), a short running video, and include the box or case if you’ve got them. I think those two options cover the realistic outcomes though mate. :D

Cheers
