For what its worth at a casual read I just assumed "mudslide" in the tartarian context was a euphamistic way of refferring to immigration by non caucasian types.

I beleive its mean to be a literal flood of dirt and water.

Still racist insofar as it inferrs that brown people needed aliens or precursor races to build things for them.
