Could be a few things;

Is the slide sticking at any point, and cycling badly? Clean and lube.

Have you checked your magazine release to see if it is worn out? Magazine release may not seating your magazines properly, and that is a cheap replacement.

Your loading nozzle could be cracked.

Could be the piston cup.

Any gun mods at all?

Sounds like the gas pressure is too high initially, but it shouldn’t be on Nup2, so as @skintrade has said, a number of different issues
