It’s sad to see forum members threatening to fight other members over an advert. Anyone can ask whatever they like for guns, gear whatever, unless they are very lucky items won’t sell to the price is right. As for calling items as new, again one persons idea is different to another.

Agree 100%, completely unnecessary behaviour, & the guys been here since 2019.......
BUT
I suspect he was just another member who comes online when HE wants something, to sell or get advice/opinions, not to actively participate in the everyday threads.
If he had done he would have been aware of things like:
New is new, as in unused, other than to ensure it works.
Damage, however small, detracts from the value, & again puts in to doubt how "new" it really is.
Unless something comes with a proven transferable warranty, it ain't new, & ain't getting new prices.
End of the day, with that shitty attitude, he won't be missed.

I stopped after he pm'd me, calling me a C-word; I even apologised when I didn't need to. He is the one who kept escalating. He even went through my profile to find out where I am located. Now I get the fun of wondering the next time I go to game if he is going to be there too

I wouldnt worry, just another Internet warrior, hed have to be thick as shit to think he could go looking for his detractors, of which there are many, spread around the country.I stopped after he pm'd me, calling me a C-word; I even apologised when I didn't need to. In truth probably a 7 stone weakling who was only selling the gun because it was too heavy for him, hence why it never left the garden

I wouldn't worry about him. As @Tackle posted he's just a keyboard warrior giving it the billy big balls because he's got a screen to hid behind and knows nothing will happen. After all he didn't tell me where he's from after I called him out on it despite the promise of a PM. The moment the OP showed a weakness lots of you pounced, He/they/them whatever, did the right thing and asked for an appraisal & what they got was a foot up their arse as someone else went for the jugular. Their comments were imature but so was egging them on... I'm far from perfect & have crossed the line in the past & no doubt will again in the future but I sincerely hope there's a twinge of guilt felt by some of those who joined the feeding frenzy.

I disagree. He asked for advice, got it and when it wasn't what he wanted to hear acted like a spoilt child. Then when called out for it decided to double down on it and just started hurling insults and threats around, at that point he got what he deserved.

Can't be both, & can't be new after 15 mags, any wonder that at that point people were slightly critical & sceptical in equal measures, but not enough of either to justify him starting the casual cunting, nor the threats of violence, publicly & via pm, either of which puts him in ban territory.
I had something similar recently, all i did was politely, via pm, as a member to follow a rule.
Rather than say thanks for the heads up, he spat his dummy out & got abusive, & even then i remained calm & pointed out that i could have deleted his very long sales post, probably forcing him to have to retype it all, did he understand that I'd tried to do him a favour, did he f#ck, he just got worse in his abuse.

Yep, he took it badly there too, but I didn't care, I was having too much fun at that point
, especially when he went snivelling & whining, posting a comment on Rampages profile, who didn't entertain his bitching either.
