Yes, yes they are. The chances of ordering five things and three missing is extremely high.

I’ve only used them twice, both times because they were the only one stocking what I wanted. The first order was for a KAC broom handle and some trademarked KAC rail covers in black, I got tan non trade marked covers and the grip. The second order was for a trademarked rail but what arrived was the same rail with no markings at all. I sent emails about the wrong rail covers and they simply ignored me
