TM HI-Capa blowback and loader Issues

Today I went to use my TM Hi-Capa gold match but after taking the first shot the loading nozzle was jammed inside the hop.

So I field stripped the gun and noticed that inside the blowback housing a rubber o-ring was trapped and made made the loading nozzle immovable.

Now when I put the o-ring back in the correct place it just seems to be blown off when I shoot it, then I'm back at square one!?!

Any advice is brilliant, and if anyone has had the same problem please help!

These are some pictures showing the o-ring being pushed back, no matter what i try the o-ring is being moved to the incorrect place
