The bits to make this. I wanted a triple mk5 flash bang holder that was easy to access etc. Couldn't find what i wanted to figured i would make it myself.

3  pvc tube, 3 tube caps, 3 old warhammer bases, some scappa tape, a few rubber tap washers, some velcro and a strap along with the belt mount from an old pistol mag holder.

Yeah its rough n ready. But the idea is wear it with the lids at the bottom, rip the velcro, flash bang drops out. Can probably use some double sided tape to stick strikers to the top end of the tubes too.

Well the M249 has turned from a do up jobe to a full blown restoration. First on the list is a new steel bipod mount to replaced the mulched aluminium one. Next is a new rear upper receiver pin. I've been searching but not found anywhere with one in stock. Any help locating one would be much appreciated.

I picked one up off eBay recently for ~£50 and it's great. 600 lumens, sharp beam, solid build quality and tactile switches

Is it actually 600lm?

Im always very skeptical about the descriptions people put on items on eBay.

If it's really 600lm of retina burning goodness that's awesome.

Any chance you could message me the vendors name or listing on eBay? Hopefully they still have or stock these often.

What's the verdict otherwise? I see they are rated for 500lm.

havent used one in skrimish yet but its bloody bright as fuck. it lights my room when its facing up

Sounds good to me... Bright enough to stun an enemy for a few seconds then?

Did you encounter much difficulty with that particular store? I've been in the thread about Dave's and it appears like a mixed bag of experiences. Shipping being the main issue.

Dunno about 600 but it's pretty fucking bright. Must have misremebered the price but there was an identical one for £50. Pays to shop around

@Seven bloody phone wouldn't load pm for some reason. Please bare in mind, this is taken on a phone and in last photo you can see the trees at the back alot easier in RL. Also, this is a wide open park so nothing for light to bounce off... In a room it'll light it up and yes, it stuns for a few seconds. Especially on strobe... Atleast that's what my wife said
