We have a giveaway every 3 months. The lucky winner gets a prize.

The first prize was just to kick us off. It was 3000 blasters 0.2 or 0.25g (winners choice). magicaldr won.

Mate of mine was on leave for the weekend and returned from barracks with an unissued DD rail to go on my l85 which he just gave to me free of charge

Admittidly i think they are ugly as sin and should be killed with fire but it gives me something to attach some pointless accessories to during the weekender night games.

Plus they're worth about the same as a good-quality human kidney...

Never really looked into how much they are as they convert the l85 from a thing of beauty to something that looks like it was abused by its father as a child and then grew up hideously deformed.

I have discovered the origin of "Finius'" name, which I think is pretty epic in a funny way.

I'll wait for interest before revealing.

Though I don't really want to overhype it...

Additionally, I had my best day's airsofting in about a year today, so I'm happy about that too. During the day I gained a Mk-VI helmet, a SUSAT replica and a new holster.

To be honest, I'll probably end up selling it all on for some dosh to put towards my British kit, or my L119 build, but it's nice stuff to have all the same.

But I think it's good enough for me to be able to live with that.

It comes from a nickname he got at school in year 7, for playing the role of a character in a play about the feudal system.

Which I know isn't really much of a clue... But it's all you're getting.
