Tg Warranty

Just in case anyone was wondering I have had a recent warranty claim with Taiwan Guns and it has gone well,the first time for a claim and we have bought a lot.The AEG in question was a CYMA Platinum which stopped firing during it's first day out.I suspected the Mosfet.

1. I contacted them on 05/12.
   
2. I received a reply on 08/12
   
3. I received a return label  on 09/12
   
4. I returned it that day vis UPS foc.
   
5. They recieved it on 14/12.
   
6. They have posted it back via UPS on 18/12.Due 24/12.
   

Not bad and all foc but an undisclosed issue,I may ask after I check it.

Good to hear mate , only problems I’ve ever had over the yrs is missing items or incorrect and they’ve never quibbled over these things .

So I've got nothing to complain about from them so far . ?

Just got an update fromUPS the issues at Dover have delayed delivery,o well ....

Delivery now 30/12..I do like UPS tracking that TG use...

It has arrived as promised,test fired only and seems ok.No fault explanation offered.Just need to put it back together for a real test.
