Spring Upgrade Tippmann Basic Training

hi people

I had a friend trying to get me into airsoft for ages, bought a gun and then lockdown struck lol

Anyway. Got a gun, m4 style tippmann job, box reckons firing at 230 fps.  its fairly accurate but only at about 20 ish feet.
How big a spring can I safely put in using the stock internal gears without it exploding?

And the more important question, if I change the spring and put a decent (6.02/6.03?) barrel in it, will it be more accurate and potentially fire further?

try adjusting the hop unit, that'll make a hell of a difference to the range.
