So today I bought an ics 42w. This

It's very high quality and I love it. However, when I install the battery. It always rattles, is there a specific housing I must put it in or something? Thanks.

Not really - the solid stock is just a big empty space. You can always wrap bubble wrap round the battery! Or take the back off the stock and line the interior with foam :)

Wrap it, or you can buy clips for specifc batterys.

Or you could do a bit of diy, jam a spacer in and have a spare storage compartment.

I don't want to modify my gun a load for a battery. However, I have loads of bubble wrap from my sisters guitar. Thanks for the help. I will defiantly wrap up my battery until I can afford clips.
