If you have a vest then do a search for “paintball tank pouch” and include either “vertical” or “horizontal” as required

There should be a few branded and unbranded ones.

Back in the day I had to modify my own before everything came in MOLLE.
I bought a dropleg mounted bottle pouch, cut off the leg straps, then I first sewed on some 25mm webbing straps for both the MOLLE vertical & horizontals. Later I cut away the MOLLE verticals replacing them with slip on Blackheath MOLLE clips which saved on my maintenance of DIY straps

What size tank? I use a relatively small tank so I use a pouch similar to this

However that's mainly because I already had the pouch before the tank so bought the smaller one because I knew it would fit.
