Ngal/Peq15 reproduction repairs

Hi, just to offer an update. I contacted Somogear directly they requested photographs of the issue which I duly provided. They then got back in touch with me highlighting my Ngal was a mark 1 and parts for this would be difficult to access therefore they would not be able to fix it. In way of compensation they very kindly offered me a 70% discount code to use anytime for a new Nagal. I ordered one and it arrived twelve days later.It’s like a light sabre! So many thanks to Somogear what excellent after sales service.
 
Fair play to Somogear. They've been a bit hit and miss with their CS in the past but that's a decent result.
