That said i have cookie banner smashing plugins on desktop so its possible that everything gets yeeted for me.

so i'm on desktop now.
got the overlay again (looks like my overlay yeeter didn't recognize it).
systematically turning off my litany of 3rd party blockers yielded no change until i whitelisted the whole afuk domain from opera's built in ad-blocker.
curious the behavior is different on desktop vs mobile.
for other opera desktop users i added [*.]airsoft-forums.uk to the opera whitelist in settings.
if i remember i'll maybe try the same format to the mobile version when it pops up again, it's just airsoft-forums.uk without the preceding [*.] wildcard.
