He doesn't have to be to purchase. It is merely the easiest way to do so, there are many other ways (though Site membership is suitable). Also if he is purchasing Two tones, which by his videos he is then again he only needs to be 18.

As long as he can avail to a defence and is over 18 then he has every right to purchase.

Collection however on its own is not a valid defence.

By the video you state the RIF is no longer orange, you must be a registered Airsofter (Game Site registered/or UKARA) to do so and even then the Home Office do not want it happening.

I would say you had a nice gun, but its a Glock...I don't like them

I was talking about the fact that he is "manufacturing" RiF's acording to the VCR act which with out a valid defence

So if he dosnt have a defence then he just broke the law
