Hi all

ok I was going to use my mk46 today but I put the battery into gun, the gun just started to fire without me pulling the trigger so I unpluged it straight away. Now this gun has never been skirmished before and only test fired once and was fine. Has anyone any ideas on what this problem maybe

 
sounds like the trigger is stuck 'on' it's usually a micro switch in the M249's, so is actually quite easy to replace.

what make is it?

 
thanks for reply, no name on box when I got it but am sure its A&K has metal g/box not plastic looking one like star

 
aye, it'll be an A&K

chances are the trigger has gone wrong, somehow. Try another battery, if not, replace the switch/ whole wiring setup

 
Used 2 diff batteries instant still same have looked online says may be micro switch, just have to try and source one now grrrr

 
It's a standard electronic component, take it out of the 'box unsolder it and take it in to a maplins/similar.

Failing that, there will be a part number and manufacturer on it, use those with goooooogle

 
Thanks fellas found a classic army one from JD airsoft . Jut got to wait and get it fitted
