Because a replica AliExpress sling is the same quality and value as a pts one, isn’t it? 
I’d say value wise it’s about £20, PTS is a well known “cheaper” brand for the magpul licensed stuff. AliExpress versions are curry coloured and fall apart. They retailed around the £40 - £50 mark when they was available, yours is in good nick too
