Magpul Masada

I have just purchased a Masada, standard not acr, the handgrip rattles quite a bit, anyone else have the same problem?

the ACR IS the standard, I'd assume you meant ACR not AKM

If the grip is wobbling with it fitted correctly send it back, I know for a fact that they shouldn't wobble.

If it's the battery rattling, coat it in foam?
