Cos it's classed as a firearm, not a RIF...
officially if it fires over 1.3J? its a section 5 firearm. Would anyone ever bother checking? Probably not. Retailers are just as guilty for this though. Ive bought a scar H from zeroone that was firing 440fps, an king arms m4 that was 380 from action hobbies about a decade ago. UK retailers should have a legal obligation to make anything they sell legal.

lucky mainlanders, across here its 1j. suppose its fine for all Ireland play like ut depending on what brexit deal goes through we are looking likely to get cut off altogether over here from uk suppliers. considering how dodgy the southern traders seem to be... ugh.

Dunno if this is a dreamer or not, seems steep for a secondhand viper best, thing is the pictures are so bad you can't see what type it is, nor if it's even worth having, I think as far as marketing an item goes, this one's poor enough to achieve "dreamer" status ?
I'd say that's pretty steep for what it is. Pretty sure they aren't far off that new.

That he has one and it seems to be out of stock at most UK retailers. But you'd have to really want one to pay £20 more than new retail for a pre-licked one.
