Is this an old E&L Airsoft gun?

Hi everyone! I was looking for some help to ID an airsoft gun manufacturer. I bought this plastic, spring powered Walther PPK/S airsoft gun approx. 20 years ago in the UK. It has been hidden away in storage for along time and now I can't recall/figure out the manufacturer. As you can see in the photos there is a logo which looks like EL, with a target and a gun shot. I have searched through thousands of google images, but have come up with nothing so far. Does anyone have any ideas? Could it be an old E&L logo?

Thanks very much. I didn’t see the 3P. I wished I’d kept the box now for more information.

3p was like an early cybergun . Mostly cheap tat with some KHC thrown in. Nothing at all to do with E&L and it pre dates the chinasoft outbreak
