Is propane really that much cheaper??

Thinking of using propane in my gas guns guns as I’ve done some research into it. It’s claimed to be a lot cheaper, however 300g GG is around £9 and propane is £10 for 400g. 

So so my question is does it last longer? More mags per fill?

it's cheaper when you buy a massive 20kg bottle and refill colemans propane cans with it.

Or better yet use HPA.

A 12 ltr scuba tank lasts me nearly all year.

I carry a much small 13Ci 3000PSI tank just for my pistol running a Mancraft Pistol Lanyard.

The idea here is (and was from the very beginning) that you refill those smaller bottles with a 10kg or 20kg or what-have-you bottles. You'd need an adapter to this. Then, yes, it would work out much cheaper.

We use 40kg propane bottles at work for a gas heater, hmmm, might even be free! Lol 

Are adapters for larger bottles universal?
