Inoksatu Bushings

Tried lots of grips on this Inoksatu 1911, non of them including the original fit well, they all have a gap under the grip. Was thinking of changing the bushings but they aren’t slot head, so not sure how they are mounted, nothing obvious looking at them. Lower ones both sides are not completely round either.

Dremel the studs or screws down a bit, even if you take a little too much off it won't matter.

wonder if the grip can’t seat properly because of the ring at the base of the lower bushing.

measure the ring & the grip, dremelling the screw bushings/studs in the grips then?

Fear of damaging the frame puts me off using a dremel which I do have but have never used. Don’t have much skill when it comes to using drills etc. Guess I will just have to accept it. These Inoksatu’s are pretty rare so don’t want to mark it as I may sell it in the future.
