I don't bloomin believe got my battery charged bought some bbs & would you believe it the mag that came with my aeg is knackered ,won't feed .cheers jack

That's very odd for a real sword, ensure the hop is off and not fully on which may stop it feeding, I take it you have a hi cap supplied with it, make sure the rounds are free to feed as they are often full of oil which can stop it too

Is it a hi-cap? If you pull the small thing that holds the BBs in, does it spit the BBs in your eyes? :)

Spatch it did work partially at first but just won't feed properly ,I have to keep turning gun upside down them fires a few & stops ,I take mag off & a few bbs fall out .Spoke to techy at land warrior who reckons it's the mag .I haven't touched the hop up but it is all the way foreward to my right as o look at it.Shame because it's shooting like a dream when it does fire .cheers jack

If it's a hi-cap, wind it up some more. And more.

It high cap & the problem seems to be intermittent,,far to much winding up needed & one that works & the next it don't .By the way I do know you need to keep winding them up but this is some other Prob ,but it is the mag

What bb's are you using? I used to have different mags that just refused to fire certain brands (usually bios)

Devil blasters.25s ,one minute it works fine then just starts playing up again ,when it's good it's really good & then it just throws a wobley. Its windi ding me up ?cheers Jack

It sounds like the inner part of the mag spring has broken off, allowing the spring to only partially wind until the inner slips around and unwinds the spring in one quick burst. If the mag is new, send it back to the retailer to sort and in the meantime, try to borrow one from someone to confirm that there is nothing wrong with the gun itself. Alternatively, if you feel like repairing it yourself, hicap mags are fairly simple to strip and a new spring is quite a cheap fix.

RR01 I think your right ,I shall be sending it back but what a pain ,the gun itself is fine as far as I can tell .if I turn it upside down it feeds .Ive learnt two things though rs mags aren't as good as there cracked up to be & hi mags are a pain to keep winding.Cheers jack

Allso a couple of time when putting the mag in I heard unwind.cheers Marcus

The mag unwinds when there's not enough ammo in the mag

You could get some mid caps from eBay, Taiwan gun or from China in packs of 5 or 10

These wad full but it's definitely something to do with a spring of some kind & I'll look into those mid caps.cheers jack

I had mid caps with my RS 56 and they keep up with my gun on 2 7.4v lipo batteries.

Very surprised to hear about this from RS as their gear is normally top grade.

If you was local to me you could try my mid caps with pleasure!
