Strictly speaking, if you're doing a Bond loadout, he's used a Glock once. For about 2 minutes, in Skyfall, after nicking it from one of Silva's henchmen. He's used pretty much every other make of handgun for some time, but Glocks have always been the gun for henchmen, cops, soldiers and bad guys (not just in Bond films). They're just bland, there's nothing flashy about them.
Books - Originally a a Beretta M1934. Then a Smith & Wesson revolver in Live and Let Die and From Russia With Love. And from Dr No onwards, it's been the PPK. Occasionally a Colt 1911 or Browning Hi-Power has made an appearance.
Some of the new non-Flemming books have him with a PPK for general use/concealed carry, and a P99 for "tactical operations", for when Bond needs firepower. I forget the titles, but 2 of the newer books have Bond using a SIG-Sauer.
Films - PPK since day one. Apart from Octopussy, where (to give Walther some free advertising) he has the P5. Tomorrow Never Dies brings in the P99. Casino Royale has Bond using both the PPK and P99. Quantum of Solace has Bond return to the PPK.
If you're going for the henchman/assassin/undercover cop look, the Glock is fine. It's a generic pistol, not flashy - something cheap and cheerful that you'd expect a security company/police force to buy in bulk. (And the WE Glock is pretty good)
If you're going for the secret agent/spy look, I'd suggest something else. Like a SIG (WE make a great P228), Beretta, H&K or Walther. Look at spies in fiction (TV/movie/book) - very few of them use Glocks. Almost all of them shun Glocks for something a little more interesting.
