How Important is this?

I was taking apart my hop up unit when the blue small plastic newbie (shown in the picture) disappeared. How important is this (because I have unfortunately lost it)?

That one of the most important parts, the hop nub.

It is what applies the hop to the gun by pushing dowon on the bucking

As a temparory measure you can cut the in side of a pen to the right length that will work
