Help please! The popular MK23 valve.

Hi guys.

I have an mk23 pistol and as you'd expect my TM mags started leaking... what a surprise. Im 99% sure it was due to old dried out O rings but whilst I was having to open it anyway I thought I may as well do the full monty.

So I have filled the release valve with resin as is recommended. 1 thing I didn't do though as I had read it was OK was I didnt remove the valve from the hole before filling it on top of the valve.

Does this make any difference? Or am I going to have to drill it all out and refill it? I'm pretty sure it shouldn't matter as it is still completely filled but can somebody confirm please.

Yeah it's a complete air seal. But does it matter that the valve is in there still

Should be I leave them in but I don't use epoxy.
