Ah, if the gun you're buying has no RIS rail set then a modified receiver with RIS would be a start.
Foregrip wise, don't get anything flashy then end up not using it. Something £20 or lower would be a good start.
As for scopes, get a red dot styled on an aimpoint or a holographic styled on the EOTech series. There's loads of sizes to fit different systems.
