Greetings from the other side of Yorkshire ?Just started looking into this hobby. Planning on going along for a game this weekend or next week in Huddy.
Can't wait to get started. I've benefited from reading a lot on here.
Maybe see some of you at a game
Halo Mill is where I had my first game - a very good place to start.
They have their monthly game at the Proving Grounds on Sunday if you fancy some woodland action ?

Thank you for the welcome. Whereabouts are the proving grounds? I may be free Sunday, but I'm not sure if I should start with a bigger game first time out.

The nice thing is that it's a rolling game, so you can drop in and out as you want.
No set lunch time or anything like that.
The only potential issue is if you need to hire kit it may already all be reserved.
Last time I went there were 198 players! So much fun!
If you decide to go, gimme a shout. If not, I'll be there next time too ?

Played last Thursday at Halo Mill. Had a great time. Collected a few whelts and got a few kills! Had a great time. It was very hot, but I'm already thinking about using a plate carrier to protect my delicate sides. Under the left arm seemed a favourite target lol. Going back this week for more pain ?
Staff and the other players made me and my friend very welcome. Think they were pleased to see some new meat. I liked the layout.
