After a little information,

I don’t suppose anyone knows if Fubar Budy has closed down? Placed an order with them over two weeks ago with no updates.

I’ve sent a couple of emails, tried to call with no answer and having looked at the opening hours as directed on the website it just shows Closed as it showed last week.

With it being over an hours drive I can’t just nip in and check but at a loss of what to do now. It’s not exactly a large value order but I need the parts for this weekend.

Any information is appreciated.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but according to companies house they were dissolved 6 years ago Screenshot_20261028-053901.webp

Also their address is now a self storage unit

I've not been over there for a few years but their shop address is indeed a self storage unit address. I don't understand the companies house thing because I've been there many times within the last 6 years. The address is wrong on that companies house screenshot, their shop is in a different place. I'll ask around as if they'd closed down I would have thought I'd have heard about it.

I've heard they can be occasionally hard to get hold of when buying online from them.

Seems a bit suspicious to me that they were dissolved 6 years ago but are still trading under the same name

Maybe they changed from Ltd to a sole trader (from what I googled) ? I don't really understand these things. I've asked my WhatsApp group and we suspect they're just closed for half term. If I hear different I'll update you.

They've got reviews from 1 month ago, and new stock like VFC m249, which i was going to purchase from them. ( i googled to make sure they were legit as it wasnt a name i was familiar with)
Maybe as Dave said, some sort of change around?

It was the reason I ordered and when I did the store was down as open 5 days. The week after closed and again the second week 🤦🏻‍♂️

A quick look at their faceache page shows alot of people are having trouble with getting in contact with them (especially when money owed to customers is involved) and they appear to open whenever they feel like it. There's nothing on either the website or FB page to say they're closed for half term

You could try there but tbh if it's been over a week with no contact I'd be contacting my bank to start a charge back

At this rate, I think you should initiate a chargeback from the bank or whichever payment platform you used, citing non-delivery of goods.

Can you order the items elsewhere with next day delivery?
