Hi all,
got a weird problem with my break-action GL-06. I lent it to someone for a weekend and when it came back there was something wrong with the locking mechanism.
Usually what you do is flick the catch on the trigger guard with your right hand to release the barrel upwards, load in a fresh shell with the left then close the breech with your left hand. When I got it back the only way to close it is to hold the breech down with one hand, put your other hand up to around the pivot point and squeeze the barrel. There's noticeable give in the spring and a click. It's definitely not the locking mechanism that holds the barrel down, that's solid. I've tighten every visible screw to no avail, loosened them with the same result- really confused, can someone help?
