Hey people.

I got another crazy idea that has popped into my head and I saw this up for sale

one of those old conversion kids to make an AEG into a GBB and i had a goofy idea involving 3d printing.

SO. how much would you guys offer for one of these old sytems? i saw that when you could get them they cost about £90gbp but that was imported and a good 10 years ago. and could nto find anything about the mags.

Any pricing advice on what to offer as i could literally go grab this next week as im off to london to see some friends.

This. Mine was a lottery on whether it would work that day and even when it did performance wasn't that great. To me the big selling point of those guns was that you could supposedly just drop in a V2 gearbox to get an AEG. This was bollocks too though as you needed a new upper receiver and charging handle. There's also the issue of magazines. Added to the rarity there was a version 2 quickly released to correct faults and there were compatibility problems.

'Never say never' and all that.. but the fact this product never seriously took off and is very long discontinued tells you a lot (often). I remember when these came out and they seemed super cool, then they vanished seemingly just as quickly as they arrived on the scene. Presumably a lot of the parts are very proprietary and very impossible to get at this point?
