forum traffic

i really like this forum so much in fact i find my self checking my phone during the day and the twitter feed to see if anything new is happening not to mention its my first port of call when ever i get online with the laptop. what i am struggling to understand is why the levels of posting traffic are quite low for a forum of enthusiasts over 2000 members is this due to the fact that most of the members only seem to be online to buy/sell somthing? because it dose seem to be the same small handfull of people that write on posts everytime.

i think that is definaely the case, people like me, who didnt have a gun, and didnt have allllll the money for a new one, would go second hand and so this seems to be the most active part of the forum... lol

Classifieds are the most used part of the forum. Generally people just sign up and use them rather than join to use the community. We'll get bigger don't you worry
