Extremely innacurate GBB

I'm using the Airtac MP5 mag adapter along with the CYMA straight mags they recommend for it.

I'll pick up one of those nozzles for the V3 M4, even if it's not specifically the problem, that NPAS sounds like it needs replaced either way!
You could also be suffering from midcap syndrome as well, as all of the midcaps that Airtac recommend are renowned for it - if you try only half filling a mag instead of filling it all the way, does it lessen the inconsistency any?

I use the M4 EPM1-S' with airtac M4 magwell adapter, and if I load them to maximum I get wildly inconsistent shots, so I load them to about 65-70% of capacity to alleviate that.

A great way to relieve midcap syndrome is a stub of inner barrel with a pin ~60mm from one end. You can use that to de-load in increments of 10.

Ofc once a mag has been broken in it tends to get better, especially with good ammo that doesnt bind up on you.

Given the issue is shitty accuracy everyone has jumped on the production history of NPAS variants and mid cap syndrome.

My first question would be is the inner and outer barrel secure and are you running a suppressor or flash hider? Try testing again with it removed.

This isn't an MWS with a hop unit inside the outer barrel, the hop unit is held in clamp pressure by the upper receiver, if anything is misaligned or not stable, it won't even go into position to a point where a barrel nut will get to threads. You're adding extra complications and fluff where it isn't needed.

The outer barrel could be physically wobbling and it would have little to no bearing on the hop assembly.
