I know it sounds like a weird question, especially since the ESS ICE glasses even come with an instruction manual on how to swap them around.

I can't seem to do it though and I was wondering if anybody had a video of them doing it? I've heard I may just need to apply some more force but it can feel like they're going to break.

Not sure if they are 2.3s or 3s, they were ordered from eBay (as British army grade 1 surplus)

EDIT: did it now guys thanks :)

Just takes a bit persistence

I used to have a pair before I was issued my revision glasses.

Have a closed look as the nose pieces as they may have been glued in as they shouldn't take loads of force to take them apart.

The frames are very stiff the first time you do it, hook them on a table edge and apply force to the top of the lense, I thought mine were going to break at first but they really are very strong

It's physically impossible to remove the frame like it shows in the diagram, and it tells you to not put pressure beyond the hinge yet the only place you can get a grip is on / just after the hinge.

Seems like I've been trying for ten minutes now and my dad's had a go too but no luck.

I'm sorry but I'm not sure I really understand this table method :(

EDIT: got one side off :)

Thanks very much for the help but it's alright, I've done it now, so no need :)

The lenses are harder to fit back on as expected too but no problem I will get it done

Ok cool, worth doing it a few times to ease it up, after a while it'll become much easier
