OK if I win the lottery I'd get a Nissan skyline r34. Next I would perform these upgrades: brand new custom chassis, maybe a custom straight 8 cylinder engine. Twin compound turbos, race suspension, race sequential gearbox, nismo bodyshell with a top secret rear wing. Unrealistic I know but that's why its called dream cars...

1969 Ford mustang, 1972 Gran Torino or a pimped up K5 Chevrolet Blazer.

Muscle cars for the win.

I've never had a huge fascination in Japanese 'tuner' cars, not my kind of thing, never really understood the point.

Muscle cars I do get though :P

If t had to be just one, I'd probably go for a Lamborghini miura, one of the later ones or an SV/J.

I hope to god that no one mentions a 911.

That is understandable but let me enlighten you with these situations. Snow, ice, rain, shopping.
my I enlighten you back: all terrain tyres (they are good for snow and ice), waterproof overalls and panniers for my shopping. plus don't have to pay for parking, I get 70mpg and it's more fun.

Has to be a 1965 AC cobra 427, sheer cool factor out weighs jap plastic crap ten fold and not to mention would out accelerate all but the top end hyper cars of today

@scorpia4, did I mention that all of my chosen cars have crumple zones, the other car lol

I and my friends used to feel the same, then we started driving.

I love a bike as much as the next guy, but rain and snow isn't fun, and commuting in that weather is just a PITA.

Would rather drive to the shops in the warmth, dump my shopping in the back and drive home dry and warm. Screw trodding around in wet clothes, then having to put them back on again before you leave. Nothing is 100% waterproof, and in -degrees you're going to be cold, unless you dress like the Michelin man, and that's not really comfortable.

Give me a sports bike, and a nice sunny dry day then i'm the happiest man around.

How come no-ones doing pictures??? Dream car thread, but no car porn. Disappointing.

Would have to have one of these:

Although I "might" have found myself a placement job, so my plan on getting one of these may happen this year:

The s2000 is quite nice, one of the few japanese cars I actually like

Not so much of a fan of the 458 though, its nice and all but Ferrari is too much of the obvious choice for me.
