Dragon fire airsoft

Has anyone had any issues with receiving stuff from dragon fire airsoft in wales . Bought a GBBR from them . All seemed legit but told it would be 4 days . It’s now been 10 n no contact
Scammers ??? If so they have a bloody good website

They're crap, I waited 3 weeks for BBs only for them to ship when I wanted a refund, then underweight the parcel and footed me the bill to get it from RM! Avoid at all costs, absolutely useless bunch of people. Used to be good too!

No excuse for that these days. Parcel scales cost peanuts as a business expense. Shame on them.

I'd contact your bank and let them know, just so there's at least something in place. Try to avoid mentioning you bought a toy gun though, just in case.

The retail shop is in the middle of closing down and it's one guy running the shop. There's a WhatsApp group you can join still if you need to contact him. It's on the homepage. People on there have had similar experiences as mentioned here. I've bought stuff from them before. I don't get the impression it's scammy at all. It comes across as one guy doing way more than he can manage. It's only going to be worse at the moment as people buy the clearance items. For my only order from them it took 1-2 weeks for my stuff to arrive. I think it's likely just a waiting game, but a charge back is not unreasonable if you've waited too long for your stuff.
