In 3 or so years I've seen about 4 people get teeth shot out/chipped, all were in woodland scenarios as well.
I personally take the risk, my mate George who Ian posted a photo of, still doesn't wear lower face protection even after paying £400 to get his tooth sorted out.
It's down to the individual I guess. Whenever I get shot at, I put my head down, get low and move out of the line of fire. I've actually been shot directly in the tooth once, and had my lip completely popped before and managed to come away with my teeth undamaged, both times were with circa 300fps guns at under 15m, so I either have indestructible teeth, or got very lucky.
I'd advise people wear full face, but I personally just risk it.
