Exactly....   if you ask me the company responsible should have been billed for the cost of the emergency services response  let alone a "public order"....

Also the fact that the company did it I need public with no obvious signs like camera men or etc? Even worse.

It’s news as per yesterday ..... so the consequences won’t be complete yet

..... and if I was looking for the services of a security company, I won’t be choosing one who can’t manage to risk assess a training exercise let alone deal with reality
