Contacting suppliers

Hey

Basically been trying to contact King Arms to get a new part (you might see my post in the classified)

But basically has anyone ever contacted Kingarms before or know how to get in contact with them in order to buy an individual part number ?

e-mail them in english then translate it for them into what ever country their from,and the best thing to order is get ehobby asia to order the part in the buy it off them as they may not sell direct

do ehobby asia speak good enough english or would i need to translate an email to them ?

They should understand English. They have videos in English, and their site is in English. Just try not to use too many complex words

yeah ive emailed them in english and they answered back in perfect english.most manufacturers have a english speaker so that they can reply but their chinglish isnt the best
