I have had a disagreement with Coke due to G36 mags missing one or both side lugs which fact was not in the description. He's been more than great about it. First off he offered me a full refund and for me to keep the mags, which I refused because he would have been out of pocket for the postage. I intimated that a few quid refunded would do it, but he then insisted he would give me the difference between what I paid and the postage, to which I replied that he should keep something for the mags and refund me whatever he felt was appropriate.

Well, he has just refunded me the difference. I've had to wait for the money back until he got paid, but so what? He knows full well that I would have been happy with less but gave me everything that wouldn't leave him down cash-wise.

That's best behaviour as far as I'm concerned. I personally can't imagine that I'd go that far, but then again, I wouldn't have failed to mention the missing lugs either, so I dunno, if i had something to apologise for, maybe I would... Be that as it may, Coke is a trustworthy individual and, although I understand that these mags were the last of his airsoft gear and he has given it up, if circumstances ever allow, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again.
