Borowing guns

Would a skirmishing site have a problem if i used a gun that i have borowed from my friend if i am not registerd? Also would the owner have to be present while i was on the site or could i just play on my own?

perfectly legal - most sites wouldn't bat an eyelid at a 14 year old with a black gun.
