I ordered an AEG from Anaheuz and it’s stuck since 14/09 in Custom Clearance.

I didn’t receive any letter to pay and the status didn’t Change since there.

There is anyone with something stuck in Hm Customs?

Loads of folk, there's a massive backlog.

If you know what UK courier is going to be carrying it (e.g. UPS / Parcel Farce) you can try chasing them up, although that might be a somewhat Sisyphean task.
