Battery for ARP-9

Hello, would this battery fit in stock tube of the ARP-9 okay?

I use that exact battery in my ARP556. 

I do have the battery extension unit as well though. 

I tried without the extension unit, but it would take a lot of bundling of the wires mosfet etc.  I got the Extension unit at the same time I got the Arp, so never worried about buying batteries that would only fit in the standard stock length

Exactly the same as @MagpieTactical wrote. I used the same battery and winced every time I tried to get the battery and MOSFET in.

The battery extension unit takes all the hassle and worry away. It also has some slots on the side to get some airflow in there as it's enclosed with the normal end cap.

I sold my ARP9 to fund my MTW but recently won another from an Instagram competition! It's yet to turn up but fingers crossed!!

That's a different battery to the one you asked about though? 

There is a chance that may not fit even with the BEU

Going by the, I read it as your battery will be too wide / thick to fit, as all the extension unit does is allow more length.

I run the 1450 nuprol battery in my 556 with battery extension. 

Fits ok.

I did have one go dead Sunday half way through the day, however it was a busy morning with lots of bb flying about lol.

I also run the 1600mha nuprol,

"Nuprol NP 1600mah 11.1v LiPo Stick for Airsoft and RC 8118"

it's a bit wider but fits in and defo lasts longer.

Turns out I fibbed, I asked the lad I sold my ARP9 to, to check what battery I sold him and it was only an 1100mah.

@Chicken pie, if your saying those 2 bigger ones fit then I'll try pick one up for the ARP9 I won!

Yes with battery extension it's pretty easy to fit 1450 or 1600 in.

My 1600 lasted all day yesterday, something close to 3500 shots !

I'm in two minds whether to sell my ARP9 or not! Between my MTW, Hi Capa and AAP I don't think I'll get much use out of it!

When I had the arp9 I couldn't fit anything in the pdw stock without the extension.

Now mind you, I did have some extra wiring because of the perun upgrade kit, but still the battery space is too limited!

I ran it on a pair of 11.1s that are roughly 130x17x18 millimetres.
