I would usually advise the basic black plastic one but my current go to pit stop AK2M4 is out of them, but the red CNC is also good; i've run one in my MK18 for a couple years now. -
The advantages of a rotary hop over the older dial style, is far more precise adjustments and they tend not to suffer from gradual dial-back during shooting.

The above are yy go to hop rubbers - basically an out of the box flat hop - pair it with the below omega nub and you'll be good to go

I would also suggest a 6.02 - 6.03 barrel of some sorts - though the stock Kingarms one should be quite serviceable.
